Redwood Lumber

We now have our sawmill set up in Humboldt County between Eureka and Arcata. We can custom cut redwood lumber and other custom sawing of your logs or ours. We have been cutting redwood fence boards, posts, beams and more.

We can sell rough cut redwood lumber and delivery is available in the Eureka Arcata, Freshwater, Kneeland, Maple Creek areas. Our premium lumber is all heartwood. Much of the redwood boards that are sold in stores are heartwood and sapwood. We can also sell sapwood mix at a discount.

We are mostly cutting our redwood from logs produced form thinning our thick redwood grove. Careful thinning is allowing the remaining trees more space and resources to grow larger. We are not clear cutting or cutting any old growth trees. Instead we are making our overcrowded stand of trees look more like a park.

We also have other species available including, Douglas fir, ponderosa pine, incense cedar, white and grand fir, tanoak and pepperwood (myrtle).
