The main shaft, roller shaft, main shaft bearing and roller bearing are all promoted, and the load can reach more than twice the original load.
With big diameter roller, the output is large, the pellet forming rate is high, the pellets are uniform, and the pellet strength is high.
By changing the arrangement of the die holes, the contact area between the flat die and the roller is increased, greatly reduces the wear rate of flat die and increase the life of flat die (this has been applied for patent).
All bearings are sealed structure, effectively prevent dust from entering, improve the working environment of the bearing, and prolong the bearing life.
The shell is made of steel, and the strength and toughness of the shell are greatly enhanced, and the shell fracture can not occur.
Advantages of wood pellet
High calorific value. Calorific value is up to 3900~4800 kcal /kg or so, the calorific capacity after carbonization is as high as 7000 - 8 million card /kg.
High pure. There aren’t other impurities that do not produce heat in wood pellet fuel, the carbon content is 75 - 85%, ash content is 3 - 6%, and water content is 1 - 3%. Without coal gangue, stone and other impurities that don’t produce heat but consume heat, directly reduce costs for enterprises.
Environmental friendly. The wood pellet fuel doesn’t contain phosphorus, does not produce sulfur dioxide and phosphorus pentoxide combustion during burning. Therefore, it will not cause acid rain, does not pollute the atmosphere and the environment.
